Aerobic exercise is simple, there is one goal and that is to keep your heart rate at a certain level so that your body is burning calories at a faster pace, inturn burning fat and losing weight.
Strength training, the building of muscles, is more complicated and involves many variables. One of these variables is keeping track of your sets.
